New Orleans Wedding Hand-Fan
These hand-fans were commissioned for a fabulous wedding celebration at the original 1830's Race & Religious venue in the Lower Garden district of New Orleans. We designed the fans with the venue in mind, together with our client’s wishes for a traditional hand-fan with a modern twist which included certain flowers, colours, stylistic preferences and points of inspiration.

Bond Hair salon
It was a pleasure to work with Ursula, Founder of Bond Hair Salon, on an exclusive print design in keeping with her salon’s mood and aesthetic which also incorporated the Bond logo. Working closely with Ursula, our in house design team delivered an initial presentation of 4 potential designs in different colour-ways. The final design was then finessed and turned into a beautiful hand-fan to blow you away.

For this commission, the client provided us with a photo of a mural found in the beautiful courtyard of Jimmy's club and bar in Mallorca.
The high-res image looked great when adapted to fit the hand-fan template, and with the simple addition of the club's logo in white, these hand-fans make a lovely keepsake for locals and tourists alike.

Worshipful Company of Fan Makers
Khu Khu were honoured to work with The Worshipful Company of Fan Makers on a specially designed hand-fan to raise funds for the Lord Mayor's appeal on the theme of Reflection and Hope.
It provided an opportunity to reflect on the eighteen months of the Covid pandemic and to look ahead with a spirit of optimism. The striking new fan was designed by Bruce Oldfield OBE, one of Britain’s leading fashion designers.
