Taxes and Duties

Customers from the European Union have Spanish Sales Tax (21% IVA) included in the total paid.

Customers from the UK, North America and Rest of World may be liable for sales taxes and import duties.  Khu Khu does not charge or collect these sales taxes or import duties.

The following information is prepared for customers in certain countries;

UK

Customers from the UK may be liable for VAT and customs duty. 

You’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges.  You will not have to pay any customs duty to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135.

USA

Customers from the USA may be liable for import taxes or customs duty.

The United States Customs and Border Protection allows for the import of internet purchases as Informal Entries, Informal Entries are defined as the process of importing commodities, typically used for personal enjoyment, with a total value less than $2,500. Once the goods have cleared Customs, they are immediately liquidated with no duty to pay.

Canada 

Customers from the Canada may be liable for import taxes or customs duty. 

Imported purchases from online retailers may be subject to duties and/or taxes as well as administrative fees.  Some goods are exempt from duty and/or taxes, up to CAD$150 (conditions apply)

Australia

Customers from Australia may be liable for GST and customs duty.

Imported goods with a value over AUS$1,000 are subject to the payment of customs duty, and taxes and other charges, including an import processing charge.
