Returns

If you are not entirely in love with your Khu Khu hand-fan……All items are fully refundable or exchangeable if returned within 14 days of receipt and are undamaged.

Unfortunately Khu Khu do not offer free shipping on returned hand-fans. Any goods we deem damaged after delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Hand-fans are delicate by nature so we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused if carried around without its protective bag or box. 

Return address for all customers is Khu Khu, Av del Oeste 26, Puerta 28, Valencia 46001, Spain.

For all returns, proof of shipment, including a tracking number, must be provided by the customer to Khu Khu.

We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in return transit and if this does occur we will not be able to offer a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unclaimed parcels

We cannot offer refunds on parcels returned to us as unclaimed/return to sender. 

We will happily re-ship them to you but but we cannot cover any additional shipping fees.

If you are waiting on an overdue delivery, please check with your local postal company to see if they are holding the parcel for you to avoid the parcel being sent back. You will need ID to collect your parcels. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your hand-fan upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
