Shipping & Returns - T&C's
We aim to deliver your Khu Khu fans as soon as possible! Our fans are shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order confirmation. We ship from Spain.
We only use certified and tracked services for ALL our parcels as this is the only way we can offer you proof of postage and a safe efficient service. Certified and tracked mail takes approximately 7 to 10 working days to European addresses and from 10 to 14 working days to international addresses. We also offer standard UPS services to European countries (approx 3-4 days) and UPS express to all countries (next day service for Europe and 1-3 days worldwide)
Please allow extra delivery time for orders placed during busy periods.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for fans that are returned to us as unclaimed by your local postal company. We will advise you of any returned fans, and will happily re-ship, but we cannot cover the shipping fees attached. If you have paid for standard shipping and are waiting on an overdue delivery, please check with your local postal company to see if they are holding the parcel for you to avoid the parcel being sent back. You will need ID to collect your parcels.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Khu Khu's prices are VAT included. At this time we do not take responsibility for any import taxes and customs duties that you might incur on receiving your package in your given country. If shipping to countries within the EU you will not incur any charges. Due to Brexit, parcels to the U.K may be due an import tax on orders under £135 to the value of 20%. If your order is valued over £135 you may have additional customs duties to the value of 12%.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely in love with your Khu Khu fan……All items are fully refundable or exchangeable if returned within 14 days of receipt and are undamaged. Unfortunately Khu Khu do not offer free shipping on returned goods at this time. Any goods we deem damaged after delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged. Fans are delicate by nature so we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused if carried around without its protective bag or box.

For all returns, proof of shipment, including a tracking number, must be provided by the customer to KHU KHU by email to support@khukhu.com so remember to hang on to your shipping receipt. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit and unfortunately if this does occur we will not be able to offer a refund. As such, please choose wisely when selecting your return shipping method.
We cannot offer refunds on parcels returned to us as unclaimed /return to sender. We will happily re-ship them to you but the costs associated with the shipment of your items is the responsibility of the customer.
This not does affect your statutory rights.

By ordering with us you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Purchases are charged at the time the order is placed. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved. By submitting an order through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this at the check-out stage, or shortly after placing your order
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
